It has been good so far. My Dad worked for Frigidaire for many years, then white consolidated up to retirement. It was the most cost effective option at the time. I had a Frigidaire side by side that went out after 20 years (good run). I will say that the unit seems cheaper made than the one of 20 years ago. Everything is going, built in obsolescence, pitty.

This refrigerator is only 3" deeper than my previous refrigerator, height and width are pretty close to the same, yet seems to have so much more room. I was looking for a unit with glass shelves and a top freezer, check and check. The shelves in the door are the entire width of the door, there's one at the bottom (unlike others I glanced at) and fit basically everything that I had on the shelves before, plus regular door stuff: all my condiments, some drinks, sauces, and more! The deli tray is twice or more the width of my previous one and serves as a sort of junk drawer for whatever small things and bags that you keep in the fridge. The only thing about it is it feels a little flimsy because of its size, and I'd like to have a designated spot for my ever-present block of cheese, but I'm surviving. I just need to be careful with it. I was thinking I still need to elevate the front of the fridge so the doors close by themselves. With so much stuff/weight in the door, it doesn't swing shut automatically, but I'm getting used to it and I think I even like it that way. I'm really liking this refrigerator - my first black one after two white ones replacing my original built-in 1950s putty colored HotPoint. I think it looks better than the white and was happy that I didn't have to pay extra for black.

I purchased a refrigerator in October and had it installed. March it stopped working and I was unable to get help when I called. It began to cool again and stopped again a week later. I didn™™t get a response from them so I had it repaired. When I called for a reimbursement because it is under warranty, they refused. I am very upset having to pay almost half of what it cost. I will never by their products nor recommend.

I really like my new refrigerator, except for one big thing: IT DOESN'T HAVE A LIGHT IN THE FREEZER! This is so disappointing, as our last 18-cu-ft. Frigidaire had one.

I was surprised to find that when I put my food in from my emergency storage (after my old one failed - 21 years old) the new layout worked really well for putting things in the door shelves. Also the wide drawer underneath the top shelf was really visibility wise.

I bought this fridge because the deli drawer is the biggest I have ever seen. The freezer capacity is really big as well. It has a nice sleek use. The door pockets are roomy. Overall, I think it's a great buy.

This refrigerator looks sleek, if that is possible, in my garage. It has a large freezer section and lots of room to accommodate everything that won't fit in our kitchen refrigerator. Since we live in Florida I fill it with lots of Gatorade and bottled water. And the freezer lets me take advantage of sales on things that I'm not going to use right away. So glad I got it.

If I could give them a zero I would! Bought several refrigerators for rental properties. There was a pretty bad flaw with their drawers and a few of them got broken! Called to order replacements, gave the customer service rep. the serial numbers and was told they were on back order. Fast forward almost 4 months later I received the completely wrong drawers that don™™t even go with the refrigerators, so I called back to see what the deal was. Apparently they put in the wrong serial number and shipped the wrong drawers. I was originally told that I had to pay for shipping to send them back and then express how displeased I was about the whole situation and having to pay for their employee's incompetence. After being put on hold while they talked to their supervisor, I was told that we could just keep the worthless drawers that did not fit and that the previous money spent would be credited to the correct drawers and I would only be responsible for any difference in price and the shipping of the new drawers. I was told they were going to have to process everything and I should hear back with 48 on a confirmation. 72 hours later, still no response so I called back again. Then was told that they put in the incorrect serial number again and need the correct info to process. Then I was told that I would have to pay to ship back the incorrect ones and shipping insurance and that the correct ones were on back order as well! This company is very poorly managed and customer service is a joke. If I could give anyone advice, go with another brand because this company is a nightmare to deal with and very incompetent customer service reps!

I chose Frigidaire appliances to remodel my kitchen for the most bang for my buck. Replaced Kenmore fridge and stove and a GE dishwasher. I love the look and features of every piece. And it didn't break the bank.

Very nice fridge. The only bad thing was that it broke 4 months after purchase. The defrost timer broke. Took a week to get it fixed. Very annoying for it being brand new

I don't normally gush over appliances, but this refrigerator is fantastic! Sleek, roomy and perfectly designed for its purpose. No more losing leftovers in the back of the fridge either! The refrigerator part of the unit works, it fits into the area we need it to be perfectly. The ice maker is horrible. It is very small, it only puts out 10 small cubes at a time and it it takes 2 hours to make a tray. It took 4 days to fill the ice holder and every time you use ice, it seems to take half of what's in the holder.

The doors do not close by themselves like all the other fridges I have had did I saw on this website if there 5 inches or less they will close but they do not also have a dent on the left side so I™™m hoping it lasts so far so good but it™™s only been 2 days

I love my new fridge. I love the space.Unfortunately when I was getting it ready for my food, I found some parts were left out. There was only one cover for the roller/stabilizer screws under the front of the fridge. Also there were two rollers missing on the fresh storage bins and another one was broken. I'm having a problem getting the store to fix this issue. Please help resolve this for me.
