Get the power you need - fast. The EvenAir™ True convection system in this 5.6 cu. ft. gas range uses a high-wattage element and fan to roast up to 30 percent faster than a thermal oven. This 30-inch model also keeps temperatures consistent to provide uniform browning and even baking on the three oven racks. Plus, the Auto Conversion option automatically adjusts standard recipe temperatures by 25 degrees for the appropriate convection temperature to take the guesswork out of your cooking. On the Power Center, you can boil water fast and sear steaks perfectly with the 17,000 BTU Speed Heat™ burner, 15,000 BTU Power Cook burner, and griddle burner. Sometimes,faster is better.
